The temporaral pavilion intends to open create a congruence of the city, its cultural heritage and contemporary architecture. The cultural emblems of the city have to be presevered to retain the history , memories and associations of people over the years. ‘Bridge over troubled water’ reinterprets the historic stone bridge of Logrono as an example of cultural heritage and troubled water representing the lack of awareness in the city regarding its history.

The interventions aims at creating imaginative grounds where the bridge invites people to observe, reflect and formulate their own nuances of the city they inhabit as the aim of the pavilion. The design incorporates arches and its inverted form to symbolise its reflection in water. It reinterprets the idea of a bridge in a public plaza to inherit the qualities of the festival. They are organised by pivoting and wrapping these components around the courtyard while the water represents free bodies in the space. The pavilion is built using recycled plywood panels in 40 pieces which can be transported to other locations as modules.
